This is so true.

My biggest challenge is what I call "make it up syndrome". That's were I go to the park with my daughter at 2:00pm even though that is usually work time because it is so nice outside with the idea that I'll just work an extra hour somewhere later.

Of course, that extra hour is always pretty hard to come by :)
